§ 14-86. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Highways includes any street, avenue, alley or public way used for or upon to travel within the city.

Motorcycle means every self-propelled motor vehicle having a seat or saddle for use of the rider and designed to travel on two, three or four wheels. The term includes motorcycles, scooters, bicycles with motors attached, and all-terrain vehicles (ATV'S) but does not include tractors.
