§ 16-38. Violations.

  • (a)

    Any person violating any of the provisions of this article, shall be adjudged guilty of a misdemeanor. In addition, any person convicted of violation of any portion of this article may forfeit his right to use or be present in any public site or open space within the city for a period of 30 days.

    (b)

    Any person violating any of the provisions of this article may be expelled, ejected or ousted at such time from any public site or open space at the discretion of the law enforcement officer.

    (c)

    Any person issued a permit for a special use of any public site or open space who violates any of the sections of this article shall not be eligible for a renewal of the permit or other similar permits for a period of one year.
