§ 21-5. Scope and jurisdiction.

(a)

No land shall be divided, subdivided or re-subdivided in a manner that does not comply with the provisions of this chapter.

(b)

This chapter shall apply within the city and to other land beyond the city's boundaries as permitted by state law. In the event of overlapping jurisdiction within the prescribed area, the extent of jurisdiction shall be determined and agreed upon between this city and the other municipality concerned.

(c)

This chapter does not repeal, abrogate, annul or in any way impair or interfere with private agreements which are equal to or more restrictive, or with restrictive covenants running with the land to which the city is a party except that the most restrictive shall apply.
