§ 21-33. Exempt land divisions.

  • In any case where the division of a parcel of land into two or more lots or parcels for the purpose of transfer of ownership or building development is not a subdivision as defined by section 21-6, a description of such land division shall be filed with the community development director. No building permit shall be issued until said description has been received by the community development director.
