§ 5-25. Rabies inoculation of dogs.

  • (a)

    All dogs in the city over the age of six months shall be inoculated for rabies, and shall be re-inoculated once every three years thereafter. A certificate of the veterinarian inoculating said dogs or dog shall be exhibited to the police department each time the license is issued for the dog.

    (b)

    No dog license shall be issued without the certificate of inoculation for rabies being presented at the time of application for the license.
